![]() Using a tablespoon, place a scoop of sausage and a scoop of egg in the middle of the flattened biscuit.Take one of the biscuits and roll and flatten it out.Spray a baking sheet or dish with nonstick spray.Sprinkle some flour on the surface of where you'll be working and onto your rolling pin.Open can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits.Scramble and cook 6 eggs in the same pan the sausage was cooked in, set aside in another bowl.Cook sausage and drain the oil, set aside in a bowl.Serve with melted honey butter, syrup, or gravy. Sprinkle with “everything but the bagel” seasoning if you like or feel free to skip this step.īake according to biscuit package instructions or about 17-19 minutes. Once your biscuits are all made and in the baking dish, scramble an egg and brush a little egg on top of each biscuit. Repeat all the previous steps with the rest of your biscuits and be sure to flour your surface and rolling pin in between each one as needed. Place your stuffed biscuit in the dish with the folded side down. Spray the baking dish with nonstick spray. Keep pulling up another part of the dough all the way around until the filling is covered. Pull one side of the biscuit dough up to cover the filling. Then sprinkle as little or as much cheese as you like on top. Using a tablespoon, add about a scoop of egg and one scoop of sausage to the middle of the flattened dough. ![]() Roll and flatten out one biscuit dough as much as you can.
